What are your delivery times?
The usual processing time for our orders is 2 to 3 business days. After that, it takes 7 to 12 business days to receive your order at your home.
I don't like my product. What to do in this case?
Don’t' worry, if you don't like your product, you have 30 days to return it to us.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gems-kingdom.com. Kindly provide two videos: one showing the unpacking of the product upon receiving it and another showing the packing process before returning it. Our return address will be shared with you after reviewing your request.
How do I track my order?
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a link by email to track the status of your order.
