Avoid Water
Do not place next to a heater, window, air conditioner, or in the bathroom. Do not wear in the pool.

Avoid Sweat
Remove jewellery when exercising or doing any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewellery to tarnish.

Storage
Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewellery. A zip plastic bag is a great alternative if you no longer have the packaging.

Avoid Cosmetics
Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewellery. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewellery.

What are your delivery times?

The usual processing time for our orders is 2 to 3 business days. After that, it takes 7 to 12 business days to receive your order at your home.

I don't like my product. What to do in this case?

Don’t' worry, if you don't like your product, you have 30 days to return it to us.

To initiate a return, please contact our
